Wedding gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally registered for a different cleaver but my aunt asked if i could take that item off of my registry because she had been using a cleaver for years that she loved. This was the cleaver she was talking about! We haven’t used it yet but my aunt is an incredible chef so I have no reason to doubt that it’s an amazing piece of equipment!

Looking for a Veggie-cutting workhorse?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a smaller Santoku, and 6.5" Nakiri Zwilling pro knife set, great for working on light duty veggies or for crafting work. If I want a rugged workhorse of a chopper, slicer and dicer, to work on lots of veggies at a time, this is definitely the one! It's very well weighted, and chops root veggies with a lot of ease. If you're intending to cook for more than two and recipies require lots of chopping, this makes those chores a snap!

Two rust spots on the knife

I didn't expect at all that this knife would get rusted for less than a year's use. I'm very disappointed.

Once and done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never realized how bad my old knives were until I used the Zwilling Pro Veggie Cleaver for the first time. It makes for easy work starting on the first slice to the last. Time saver to not to have to make another pass through the vegetables looking for where the knife didn’t cut through the tougher outer skins.

Sturdy and smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already own a Zwilling set so I have a high expectations of their products. I bought 7inch Chinese clever to use daily for chopping to dicing and it delivers smooth and precise cut every time.

Don’t damage your cutting board

It’s the perfect weight and the rounded top edge keeps my fingers from getting sore during use. I recommend this knife to anyone who loves to cook.
