Wedding gift
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally registered for a different cleaver but my aunt asked if i could take that item off of my registry because she had been using a cleaver for years that she loved. This was the cleaver she was talking about! We haven’t used it yet but my aunt is an incredible chef so I have no reason to doubt that it’s an amazing piece of equipment!

Looking for a Veggie-cutting workhorse?
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a smaller Santoku, and 6.5" Nakiri Zwilling pro knife set, great for working on light duty veggies or for crafting work. If I want a rugged workhorse of a chopper, slicer and dicer, to work on lots of veggies at a time, this is definitely the one! It's very well weighted, and chops root veggies with a lot of ease. If you're intending to cook for more than two and recipies require lots of chopping, this makes those chores a snap!

Two rust spots on the knife
