Perfect for the job
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a very heavy cleaver to help chop vegetables. This hits the spot. It is too heavy and thick a blade for work that requires delicate use of a blade, in my view, but it is perfect for something where you want a lot of mass coming down pretty fast. Blade has a slight curve, which I also find useful for getting the blade up and down quickly.
