[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has a good weight, which lends force when slicing. It is very sturdy yet it can slice very think slices because of its sharpness. The back of the knife can be used as meat pounder, and the width of the knife makes crushing garlic so effortless.

Everything I wanted!

I also be this knife. It’s exactly what I wanted. The weight balance did good, it’s strong, and cuts through everything like it was soft butter. The quality is amazing and it was the best Christmas present I have given myself in years. I am incredibly happy and satisfied to have such an amazing new kitchen knife that I’ve been using for everything lately.

The Perfect Chinese Chef Knife

She absolutely LOVES it! She keeps telling me how easy it is for her to slice through thick vegetables and how little strength and effort she has to apply with this knife compared with her other knives. Love this knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Zwilling Pro 7” clever. I could feel the difference in quality the first time I used it. It is very sharp and is perfect to cut up shell fish. I look forward to using this for chopping meats and vegetables.
