Four Star is a classic! On the market since the 1970's this knife has stood the test of time and still looks fresh and relevant. The molded handle feels secure and fits nicely into the hand. The balance is great and the edge stays sharp due to the ice-hardening process. The self sharpening is an added bonus to this block providing you with a sharp knife every time it's pulled out of the block!

Would RecommendI purchased the Four Star set for my parents for Christmas. They love their knives. Very happy with the quality and weight. The only drawback is they do not sharpen them. This built in sharpening block would've been a great alternative. Love the dark wood.
