Great knives

Beautiful set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives are light and well balanced. Block is very nice. As expected from Zwilling, the knives are super sharp. We will see with time if the self sharpening block does the job of honing the edge. I was concerned with the plastic handles when ordering these online. Smooth, seamless, and just enough texture to keep a grip on them. Will be great for washing up as compared to my old wood gripped set of Spanish Henkels.

Sharp and Solid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives are incredibly sharp and built in shrapeners hold the edge. Block is heavy and rock solid; ie no tipping or moving around.

Best kitchen knives I have ever owned.

These are the sharpest, smoothest cutting knives I have ever owned. The difference between these knives and cheaper knives are worlds apart. Also the handle and grip on these knives is excellent and well balanced.

Eating Fresh and Healthy

Great Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Own several Zwilling knives and have been very Happy with the quality. This 8-piece set is a great set with the self-sharpening feature. The included shears are ok if you don't have any but not the quality of Zillings other kitchen shears.

Knives that last generations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our J.A. Henckels knives for over 30 years and they are still excellent. We're giving them to our daughter and getting our likely last set. These are so high quality and now sharpening will be so much easier with the block that does it! Really excited to own a new set while gifting our old, but still great knives.
