Great product for use in high moisture areas

I used this in my main bathroom above the tub enclosure on the drywall. I had issues with mold that would not clean off even with bleach. I tried pretty much every household cleaner and vinegar but it would never get all of it off and it returned within days. I prepped the area by cleaning with TSP and put 2 coats on. It has been a month and it has not returned.

Excellent Water-based Primer

I used this Zinsser Mold Killing Primer to remove the smell of mildew from an indoor/ outdoor storage closet attached to my home. I was impressed by how well the primer absorbed into the plywood, killing the mildew. It seems very effective on porous surfaces. I recommend two coats using a 1/2" nap roller and soft large brush to get into the crevices of rough plywood. I especially appreciated the primer's neutral smell. Mold killing primer around achandler from humidity

This product is very easy to apply and I only had to do one coat. The price point is a little high but it really works to kill the mold. I applied it on my ac ducts in the garage where the humidity makes the unit sweat. I live in Florida and older homes have the handler in garage. I have covered it up for many years with regular paint but comes back weeks later. So far it has lasted much longer than regular paint.

Peace of Mind

My bathroom does not have a ventilator fan and I wanted to prevent mold build up. The mold killing primer was easy to use as it did not require a lot of mixing like regular paint. It did cover up well and did not appear to require a second coat. I would recommend this product for high humidity areas as a primer. The paint came packaged well to avoid spillage. I feel better that there is a layer of mold protection in my restroom.

Mold Killing Interior/Exterior Primer

Great easy to roll-on Primer that gave me a good solid canvas that accepts my final coat of paint. I used this as a primer on a block wall and yes block seems to suck in the paint but this product covered the area it was designed for and more. Easy to follow instructions that also permit this primer as a top coat if you like the color. I like this primer and highly recommend its use.

Good Results

I applied this primer to a bathroom ceiling where mold had grown near the shower. Prior to application I cleaned the ceiling to get the best adhesion. I used the product as directed cutting in with a brush along the wall and the rest with a roller. I felt that a second coat was needed for best coverage in the area the primer was brushed on. Remove the musty odor and mold from basement

For that really damp basement that isn't wet but never dry. We sealed the contract wall along our 1/2 elevated, 1/2 underground basement that was showing signs of mold. We cleaned and then primed with this Mold Killing primer to maintain a mold free environment and put in a dehumidifier in the basement. Amazing primer and sealer

This is some amazing primer. It seals so well, it will stop mold. It goes on easily with a roller or brush, and covers well in just one coat (but it really calls for two, so be sure to do two) This one is water based so clean up is easy and if you're like me you always seem to get some on yourself, this will wash off with ease. You can't ask for much more in a primer. Use it, you won't be dissappointed!

DOES ITS JOB WELL

It was AWESOME to see it covered all walls perfectly and the scent is not overwhelming. I LOVE THE SPREAD and COVER it did over the walls‼️
