What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this primer for exceptional coverage and reliability across challenging surfaces. Most highlight its unmatched ability to hide dark colors, stains, water damage, and nicotine residue in one or two coats, often outperforming competitors. Reviewers consistently note smooth application with rollers or brushes, quick drying, and versatility on drywall, wood, OSB, and ceilings. Many emphasize strong value, especially in larger sizes, and report using it for years without switching. A few mention needing two coats on heavily stained surfaces, though most consider this expected. Overall, customers view it as an industry standard they trust and recommend.

Excellent customer service
Would RecommendI’m blown away by how quickly Lowe’s delivered this primmer, I was going to go pick it up but I wanted to get a few things done this morning and I wasn’t sure when I would get there, so I ordered it at 8am and the store is about 30 minutes away, the primer was on my stoop at 8:39, it’s like someone had it already in their car waiting for someone to order it, I would highly recommend ordering something from Lowe’s if your crunched for time, THANK YOU

Product is ok, but for serious stains Kilz is bett
Would Not RecommendI used this product, and I would probably use KIlz next time. I had to use another coat of this primer on some of the areas twice.
