Ratings & Reviews for WORX Power Share 40-volt max 14-in Battery Chainsaw Battery Not Included Charger Not Included

Handy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handy and easy to use. Works well for small jobs.

Very satisfied with performance - not battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this purchase. I have a gas powered chainsaw but it is finicky and hard to start. I don't cut wood for burning so the amount I need a chainsaw is minimal. I've had the PowerShare for a while now and have used it once. Overall the tool is very useful and easy to use, and ready to go when I need it. I am a little surprised at th rate the battery is used up; as I cut three limbs from a tree that had gotten to be a nuisance, an...

Clean machine

Lots of power, safe to use, nice engineering.

Best Battery Chainsaw out there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this chainsaw. Has a ton of power and ease of use is awesome! For you ladies that don't like the gas chainsaws this is the one to replace those.

Chain comes off all the time

Let me start by saying i love worx tools. i have a cordless mower, poll chainsaw, cordless trimmer all are excellant products. BUT this chainsaw extremely poor design. thought i just had a bad one. Worx replaced and still same problem. chain comes off the autotensior is just a bad design. the company should really do a product recall. other reviewers have the same problem. If they corrected the design on the brushless they should swirch out the old one for the new one. this one is basically wor...

Works great

I bought this to cut down some thick bushes and it worked great. It is light weight but it is very powerful.

Easy to Use and Good Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it the first time this weekend to cut down a small tree. It worked really well and I love the Auto Tension.

Puddle of oil wherever it is set

With the exception of leaking bar oil everywhere, the WORX chainsaw isn't bad for small jobs. If I knew just how bad it leaked, I NEVER would have considered buying it. I have used chainsaws for 50 years and no saws have come close to leaking bar oil like this one. Other saws bar oil leakage could be measured in a drop or two, this saw could be measured in ounce of oil if left long enough. I can't believe WORX doesn't care enough to correct this design flaw that they are fully aware of.

It's a feather weight

Took it out of the box, inserted batteries I had all charged up added oil for chain and cut a 8 inch tree that was already down into pieces. Taking my gas chain saws to the auction.

Great saw

Love this chainsaw! Works great, no need for a cord or gas. Cuts wood like a knife through butter!

Excellent Home Chain Saw!!

This saw works fantastic! It has the power to cut thru a good sized branch, ran a long time on the batteries, has a longer blade than most chainsaws of this type. The batteries are the same as my other WORX equiptment. Great value.

40v chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light and work like horse

Easy to handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a light but seems to have plenty of power

chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] did not see a 16 inch, so bought the 14 inch. works well except the chain came of 3 times during the first use! Not crazy about the way the bar/chain mounts and tightens, etc.

Plenty of power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it two weeks ago and the batteries are still charged.

simpley the best

this chainsaw is the perfect fit to all my expectation's.

its ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it because it is auto feed oil. 5 stars on that. But the chain comes off too often when debris gets in side the blade. im 74 years old women and its is easy to handle.

nice saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] brought 3 weeks ago have used every weekend. works great.

Great help for upkeep

We live on a farmstead of about 3.5 acres surrounded by 80-90 year old shelter belts. There is always trees to cut up/trim and a large lilac planting to keep up. Gas chain saws are too fussy and hard to maintain, and I do not have or want to have enough extension cords for an electric chain saw. This battery operated chain saw has been a great addition to the armament needed to keep the place neat and trim.

Great product

I bought this last month and it is a great product, gets the job done. Thanks Worx
