Perfect for the helper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw so I could help my husband with yard chores. I'm 5'2" and not overly strong so I wanted a small electric saw rather than a gas powered one that would be too heavy for me for extended use. This saw does the trick. It doesn't have the power of a regular gas-powered chainsaw, but that shouldn't be expected. Setup was easy right out of the box. I was able to get it set up by myself quickly and easily. I've used it many times in th...

Light weight. Plenty of power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with this chainsaw. No need to deal with a finicky small engine. Easy to use. Good safety features. Batteries charge quickly, although I did buy a second set for bigger jobs.

This is the one for me!

I am a 64 year old female homesteader and I am in the process of assembling a set of power tools that I will be able to handle for the rest of my life. After researching several manufacturers and models, I have chosen WORX power tools. I am thrilled that the tools are cordless and can work off the same battery pack, and they are a size and weight that I can manage. Furthermore, the customer service is excellent and delivery is very prompt. I plan to order several more tools in the near futur...

easy to use and works well

works very well and just what I had needed to keep things cleaned up and it will pay for itself in no time.

Chain did not last very long

We used it for two weeks and the chain already needs to be replaced. I ordered two so we would have a replacement and they sent the wrong size and I have not been able to contact them to return and get corrected chain. Other then this battery life is good and performance is good

Nice saw, good size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a while back, but had a chance to finally give it a work out to see the ease of use and quality of the work. It’s a great little saw for limbing trees and small logs, but it does have on flaw. There either needs to be some sort of wiper to knock off the saw dust or a cover over the motor sprocket to keep the sawdust away from it. The saw dust mixes with the bar oil, builds up on the sprocket and throws the chain, it’s a simple ...

Powerful, but chain falls off

This is a powerful chainsaw. Love having batteries over gas. But, even though I follow the chain tightening instructions, the chain falls off after several cuts. Not hard to fix, but annoying.

My wife loves this saw

I bought this saw for my wife. We have other gas chainsaws. All she has to do is keep bar chain oil in the saw & charge 2 batteries. Simple to use. Lightweight. Great for smaller projects.

Wow Incredible for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to clean up side yard and backyard trees from small 1 inch to 10 inch around. cut through like butter and with limited noice. Love it. I am also a proud owner of 3 other WORX tools, large leaf blower, weed trimmer and power shot pressure washer. Love then all. 5 stars and their Warrenty is second to none.

Light and easy to handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a light duty chainsaw for quick jobs around the house and to take camping. It does the job well. Not having to be constantly messing around with a gas powered unit to keep ii running makes it ideal for my apllicatiom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought and it works great, have already cut down 4 small trees about 7” diameters and lots of branches. Love this saw

A FINE EXAMPLE OF GREAT WORX QUALITY

I was a bit skepticle at first but WOW! I am 73 & never thought I could handle a chainsaw again, WRONG! This 40V double battery is all a man needs to keep everything neat & trim.

More power than one might imagine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this chainsaw to clear out smaller trees down by the river. I used it for 3 hours cutting and then hauling and the battery only went down one bar. The largest tree I cut down had a diameter of about 7 inches and the saw powered right through.

Awesome saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw a couple weeks ago and used it for the 1st time last weekend and it was amazing. So simply and easy to use. Cuts great. Very fast

works gear and easy

Excellent for Home Owner

Since my yard was under control, I found that I needed a chain saw for just control and light/medium work. I decided on the WORX 14" Chain Saw. It actually out performed the previous gas chain saw that I had and much easier to use. No hassle gas/oil mixing, now constant pulling on starter handle etc... Make sure to purchase or have on hand Bar/Chain oil as the saw is not shipped with any.
