Just what I wanted

I like the trimmer and the wheeled Edger. Those are a real pllus. The minus is that the instruction manual was worthless for me. Lots of pictures and numbers that hinted but were not explicit as well as on different pages. Tha names of things were not obvious. Took me days to feel like I might have done it right and then didn't reall know until I tried it out. Then it seemed fine.

Just took it out of the box.

Assembly seems pretty simple, thankfully, because the install manual is pretty worthless, Why not post videos online of things like installing the wheels for edging? At some point I might increase my rating, but for now, since I've not used it yet, I can only comment on assembly instructions.

New and different; hoping it'll get better

Like that it is lightweight; not liking that the assembly and operating instructions were so obscure that I had to find video guidance online. Also, the 'included' spool was wrapped so poorly that the Command Feed feature wouldn't work; so, I had stop every 4 feet or so and re-feed the string. Called Worx Customer Service; they're going to send me a replacement spool.

A little heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. It is a little heavy for a lot of work. Have yet to figure out the proper alignment for different tasks. Love that trimmer comes with lifetime replacement string. Too bad the smaller trimmers were all "Sold Out". That would probably have worked out better.

Great product

I got this for a gift and he love it. I love how easy it was to order and it was delivered on time.

Very disappointed

Had an 18volt for 8-9yrs and pleased with product. Finally batteries were failing so, 6yrs ago, I purchased a 32volt. Great product!!! This spring neither battery would hold a charge and when I went to purchase new batteries (discontinued). So I purchased WG184.9 40volt power share. Thought I had a faulty product because it had not much more than 1/2 the power of my 32volt. I drained the batteries a few times thinking it might help. This made no improvement. Contacted WORX and the said batte...

Happy upgrade!

Upgraded from my older Worx weed eater/edger. This one has so much more power and excellent for edging. My yard looks great and cuts down the time I need to spend on it!

Great addition to my yard tools

Love it ......but.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the light weight and less vibration than the gas. Had it about a year but half of that is snow weather. Only problems is learning to use the wheel and the battery life lasts only about half as long as my job requires.

A little disappointed

I have a fairly mid sized yard and the two fully charged batteries died on my before I was finished my job. This was only my second time using the trimmer and everything worked ok the first time. Another problem is that the shaft is to long for a short person. I'm a 68 year old female and even with adjusting the handle it was still a little bottom heavy. As for the performance of the trimmer, it was outstanding. On command line feed was great and it did a great job.

Terrible piece of equipment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this piece of equipment on 2-5-2023.Took out of the box and used on 2-25-2023.The first time I charged the batteries.It worked OK.The second time I charged the batteries it worked OK. You noticed I said just OK.From batteries being fully charged it did not run long enough.The third time I charged the batteries I could get it to run about a second or two.As hard as I tried I could not get it to run.It would be very hard for me to recomm...

Another Great Trimmer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th trimmer in 16 yrs with WORX. Every new one has been an improvement over its predecessor. This one has the better battery share setup over the no-longer-sold 56-volt model. Same excellent results and performance. But, a better move all the way round around. Thanks, WORX! You guys are the best!

I just received this trimmer and I am very disappointed that the height is not adjustable. I have purchased 2 other trimmers in the past and the were adjustable. This trimmer is heavier and more bulky than my previous trimmers.
