Great, easy to use tool

I have used this tool 3 times now and it is super easy and really gets the job done. I have used the edger only once but it is easy to switch over and does an excellent job. I, highly, recommend this tool!

Works Great and makes good clean cuts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a weed eater that could edge my walks and make them look good. This tool is the best and much better to edge that the usual plain weed eater!

Upgrade

We had a worx string trimmer before, but it was an older model and the battery pack fell apart. We went to find a new battery and found out the product is no longer available. We decided to upgrade to this trimmer and we are glad we did. The additional power and manual feed line buttton are great features.

Great Trimmer

I purchased this cordless trimmer and could not be happier. It works great. It is light weight and works great as an edger as well as a trimmer!

Great Weed Wacker

I purchase this because i am a new home owner who will be taking care of my lawn myself. I didn't want to have to mess around with a gas powered week wacker. This one is perfect. Also has an edger once i get the lawn in shape.

Grave markers

Nice Trimmer

Works well like the heavier line for edging.what I don’t like is you can’t shorten length like my 20v it’s too long. The other issue is it doesn’t have the turn and lock/unlock feature like my 20v. These 2 issues had I been aware of would have made me choose another. The 40v allows for more trimming time

Great Gift

I purchased this Trimmer for my husband's birthday. He uses it at the cemetery around the headstone and planted flowers to neatly trim the grass. It keeps the cemetery workers from destroying our parent's plot by ripping too close to those areas. My husband loves the power and control it has. He is definitely happy with it!

NOT EVEN A YEAR and It is failing in every way

Just a year and I am looking for my receipt since before a year to either return or see what to do with this trimmer. To start the feed line never worked except for the first time I used it. It is so long that I cannot check if the line button does anything when I press it. So had to do it manually. Then the batteries discharge in less than half hour, so I have to wait until I charge them again! And I have a very small yard because there is so much shade that grass/weeds barely exist. And still ...

missing a part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received without adjustable handle's knob....and there is no where to find one....crazy....it is not a part that can be purchased separately...this is stupid all parts should be made available Sorry, I cant give 5 stars, but when a part is missing and there is no where to purchase it....the company needs to address this

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am very impressed I have a big yard with a big embankment that I cannot know with a lawn mower safely. I find that it does a very nice job batteries last a long time. I love not having to mess with gas. The string last a very long time I find that I don't have to feed the line much at all. I love that the handle swivels two other positions which makes it very handy when trying to weed eat the hill. Would definitely buy again already lo...

Love it but it quit working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this item, but it quit working. I had a difficult time contacting customer support, but they are replacing it. I had previously left a bad review, but I changed my mind after they replaced the broken trimmer.

Trims and edges well.

Good trimming and edging, though battery life with the included 2AH batteries a bit short, say about 20 minutes. The included trim line spool jammed a few times with adjacent turns of the line sticking to itself. Perhaps long/hot storage did this.

Line Will Not Feed

I like this product, however there is a major issue with it. The automatic line feeder does not work. Anytime I want to advance new line I have to physically take the cap off and advance it manually which is obviously a hassle.

Joke!!!!! Money Thrown Away!

The single mount 20v trimmer didn't even have the power to cut its own cord. It is obvious that the trimmer that mounts two 20v batteries is designed to overcome it's power deficiencies. I keep this deficient product in my garage to remind me that no what product they introduce that appears imaginative and useful, DON'T LET THEM FOOL AGAIN!
