Shakes violently less than 3 years old

Bought in March 2021. Had a few issues here and there with cycles since we have had it. Now it is banging and shaking violently. It is not even 3 years old! Broke after two years

I thought Whirlpool was a decent brand but apparently not. I purchased this washer in June 2021, and the tub wobbles violently now. I spoke with a repairman who says there are defects with this model, as parts wear out quickly. I paid $750; parts should not wear out in two years. Best case scenario, the repair would be about $300. Do better, Whirlpool! You just lost a customer.

Dead After 3 Years

This washer never cleaned like it should have and died at shortly after 3 years. I’ve been loyal to Kenmore/Whirlpool for the last 25 years and will never buy another one again.

This was a good washer it just shook my house.

Great Washer for the value!

Lasted 3 years

Be ready for this to have issues almost immediately. What a piece of junk.

Auto Sensing & No Agitator -BAD FEATURES

Do not buy an auto sensing machine with no ability to set the water level, unless you want to stink. The problem is made even worse by the fact that the machine does not have an agitator to circulate the close through the water, so it doesn't always get them wet...so it can't really be washing them. Whirlpool offered nothing but dumb excuses for the poor behavior of their product. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them either! Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for over 2 years now. Initially, I didn't like the fact that the tub do not fill with water and I missed the agitation bar. However, if you change to the bulky setting the tub will fill. Overall, the washer has worked great for me.

Gets the job done

Best investment I've made

Suspension is Terrible!

Suspension broke after a short time of use and now 3 1/2 yes later it’s completely not working. Not worth the price!
