I thought I made a good purchase. WRONG!!

I had the refrigerator for 3 years and a computer part went out. It was going to cost over $500 for the part!!!!! Whirlpool a refrigerator should last over 3 years!!!!!!

Nice, solid, quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice refrigerator - basic and does the job quietly. The no-smear finish is very nice. I only gave it 4 stars because it did not come with meat/deli drawer and because it has an ice maker (which we aren't using), no full freezer shelf. I found a 3rd party drawer and had to order a full width freezer shelf.

30" Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great refrigerator. The door shelves and drawers work out very well. The shelves adjust so that they will store what I have. I am very happy with it.

It does keep food cold. The ice maker is so badly designed. If you don’t flip the bar the ice over runs.

Not sure yet

I purchase end of June 2019 first few days all seemed ok but now everything on the lower shelves keep freezing. We have adjusted temperatures and made sure vents are not blocked. Just looking for some advise

Nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was delivered June 19th but the shelf in the freezer was missing. I'm still waiting for the shelf almost 2 weeks later. The "recommended" setting for the temperature doesn't keep the refrigerator section below 40 and the next colder setting keeps it too cold at 34. We do not live in a hot temperature area so it's not the room temperature causing a problem.

Loud!

This refrigerator is ridiculously loud. Not suitable for kitchen use. Recommend it only for a spare in the garage. Will be returning immediately if not sooner.

Great option for a semi-base model

Perfect for a simple refrigerator. Needed for extra space at our home and with the addition of the ice maker it met all of our needs.

Little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Order it on May 12th it was not delivered until June 3rd, was told reason for delay was due to company who made it did not having any. Along with this issue my main reason for purchasing this model was the ice maker, but for me to use the ice maker I had to go back to store and get water line and parts to hook the ice maker up. Other wise it is run fine.

Confused

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firdge seems to run for a long time. Everytime I open the fridge door, metal hinges are rubbing together making a grinding sound, so not sure if door is completely level

Fits nicely

Nice simple refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically the same refrigerator I purchased 29 years ago. Great "no nonsense" refrigerator. Very large storage area for an "old fashioned" refrigerator without all of the not needed whistles and bells of today's overpriced units.

just so so compared to the one I replaced

door does not shut automatically my old Whirlpool did. It was very similar to this one. it is very noisy. I am on fixed low income so had to shop for a cheap fridge. I checked yes to recommend, but if you have the money opt for something else. I am not happy with it.center controls should be placed on the side. can't even get a gal of milk in. Don't know if Lowes charges to come out and fix within a year for free or not?? I have no written guarantee. the store told me just keep the receipt.

not happy

Don't know ....was taken back to store because of bad scratches after waiting for 5 days for it to get to local store and then was loaded on the truck to deliver.... damaged !! really makes you wonder...Did I buy from the right place ??

Works as advertised. Very satisfied with it.

Was looking for a bare bones refrigerator that will hopefully be trouble free, So far am very happy with it.
