Poor customer service at lowes

False advertisement cheese drawer in photo is not included with refrigerator. Ugly hinges do not show in photos.

too small and does not work right

Disappointed

After waiting 6 months for delivery. The outside corners of the door are pointed and sharp. I opened it after delivery and cut myself on the corner edges so I ordered protectors for the door corners. Doesn't seem to be stainless steel or maybe the sticky film they struggled to remove messed it up. Bought stainless steel cleaner/polish and it did nothing for it. I've always bought Whirlpool appliances without any issues, however, I'm not so sure about buying another Whirlpool appliance.

Super cold/fast chilling or freezing.

Perfect

A great frig. The freezer is fantastically cold.

However, the refrigerator top, left corner of the door is weilded and creates a sharp, pointed corner that is very dangerous. That finished corner should have been rounded off to minimize a hazardous situation. Otherwise, a great refrigerator.

Good Refridge

Whirlpool refridgerator

Be prepared for a long wait.

Liked that the dimensions were perfect for the small condo our daughter has and it has a lot of nice features; we haven't had it long, so I can't speak to how durable and reliable it is at this time. Did not like that it had to be ordered and it took 6 months to actually get it. Another negative is that during the entire 6 months, about once each month, Lowes kept charging the full amount for the fridge and then negating the charge but it looked like I'd been charged twice. They kept doing it...

Cheaply constructed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and noticed first day it was delivered: a gap between the freezer door top and the rubber seal; a very sharp pointy edge that protrudes from the fridge door when I open and I’ve already cut myself once; 3 wks later the entire top seal of the fridge door separated. I love the size of the appliance and it looks great in my space but the construction is shoddy and materials cheap. I am so disappointed! I would give it ZER...

The LED lighting makes everything easy to locate!

Although it is not one of the huge refrigerators I see in other homes, it is perfect for my kitchen. The freezer compartment has more than ample space for food and the ice-maker simplifies my life.
