2nd Refrigerator in 4 days

Great replacement refrigerator. The first was a side by side that ran for 3 days and never made ice. It appeared after letting it cool for 24 hours that It was running properly. We put our food back in it and 4 hours later everything was defrosted in the freezer and most of the stuff in the refrigerator part was not cool to the touch. Anyway they delivered the new refrigerator today and while putting the handles. They put a small scratch on the door.

Purchased this unit 2 months ago and immediately noticed a shrill squeal lasting 6-8 seconds every time the ice maker calls for water. Service repairman came out last week and knew exactly what the problem was. Unfortunately, there is no fix for the problem. Some engineer at Whirlpool decided to use 1/4" lines inside the unit and the whistling comes when the 5/16" supply line transitions to the 1/4". Delivery and Customer Service Issues

Lowe's what are you doing? I cannot leave a review with regard to the product as it was damaged during delivery. These are not installers who showed up just muscle moving from one job to the next. Customer service, clearly outsourced, is difficult to understand and rude then hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. Whirlpool refrigerator

I only had it for a few days now so I will have to wait and see. However delivery was 2 hrs late didn't get there till 9pm . The men were very nice respectful no issues them, but lowes need to do better at there schedule time's.

Issues with the left door

The left door started to squeak a week after the fridge was delivered. We are waiting on Whirlpool to fix the issue. The left door also does not stay open on it’s own like it did on the display at the store. This makes it difficult when pulling the drawer out. Otherwise we are pleased with the purchase.

Love the space on this refrigerator. The water dispenser is a little close to the trigger mechanism, but not bad for a normal cup just a little tough for a thick wall thermos.
