We never got the product

Never was told to disconnect the water line. The most rudest people for installers and dispatch Thst I know and I am a general contractor. They do not tell you and Lowe’s should have. I mean rude people. I am in a wheel chair and my wife can’t do something like that.

Serious flaws

We bought this refrigerator less than a year ago, it was delivered & installed on 7/4/25. Delivery & installation went fine, though all of the shipping plastic cover was impossible to remove completely. There are still little pieces in edges & crevices. We began using the fridge & were pretty happy with its efficiency, space an overall look. We discovered that you cannot open the bottom drawer without opening both doors. Trying to fill anything with water is challenging due to the placement...

Damage item received

While the delivery team was great and professional, the item has scratches and has a broken part. The damage was NOT caused by the delivery team.. Also i had requested for a delivery time in the afternoon, yet, it was schedule for morning which i had to miss work to be able to receive the delivery.

Total Frustration

Purchased and not even a week went by before the ice maker went out. It’s been a month and service members have come out 3x now to fix this junk. The left door when open closes swiftly and doesn’t remain open. Stay away from this one. The servicemen that come out all say these icemakers in the door are a terrible problem causing many issues.

Doors

Left door does not stay completely open (right side does). Makes it harder to open the deli drawer. Then when closing the door, it takes more force than the right side. If not careful, it will remain open.

Sleek, modern, exceptionally quiet. Holds true to the temperature setting.

Think Tardis

The space in this thing! No more feeling like I'm crawling into a hobbit hole that was my old fridge. There was a mark in a spot that i don't even see and the delivery guys were ready to take it back if i said so but that was non negotiable. I wanted my fridge! And they were wonderful gentlemen. The only annoyance is that the left side door with the ice maker will not stay open like the right, but weight difference, and my toddler can open all the doors with ease lol

Awful return service. Beware!!

I like the person at the store and the person who attempted to delivered this refrigerator. However it has take 2 months and many business days to get any refund movement. Because there are too many parts and nobody takes responsibility. Call store, call delivery location, call credit card. I wish this was handled better.

Love it

I love how spacious this fridge is. The ice holder is amazing for my family of ice lovers.

The doors were really uneven. The door water dispenser opening was really small. My insulated drinking container wouldn’t fit. The water came out of a short tube & was difficult to use without water squirting & getting on the floor & running down the refrigerator. The outer sides were a very light gray in color. It seemed very cheaply made. I hated it & even my husband didn’t like it. Don’t buy it. I sent it back & bought a Bosch which I love.
