Would Not RecommendOverall I like this fridge. The one thing needing improvement is the ice maker. It’s very slow. The catch receptacle is really hard to get it then even harder to put back in. It’s a really poor design. Bottom freezers are the best. The shelf hanging system limits space control.

The first refrigerator was trashed by the unprofessional and incompetent delivery people. The replacement second refrigerator was dented and dragged across the concrete sidewalk by the incompetent and unprofessional delivery people, but rather than replacing it again, Lowes paid for the damages. I wanted an undamaged third replacement. I refuse to ever buy appliances from Lowes again. The delivery people are idiots.

Cooling evap system broke within 2 months
Would Not RecommendFirst, I’ll say when the fridge worked it was nice, very roomy, ice machine and lots of room in the freezer. Bought this in May, July 24th the evap system “was faulty” so all my food wasted. The warranty company still has yet to fix it. (14 September 2026) the 2 parts took over 6 weeks to get shipped. Whirlpool customer service will walk around you and not help. Anyways I bought another fridge because of the wait. Maybe my fridge was “faulty” but please don’t buy this.
