Cancelled Delivery Twice

Can't get a human to reschedule. Driver refused to deliver because he says the road to my house is too narrow. I had major appliances delivered by Lowe's as recently as last year. I think you just overworked the driver. I was delivery number 16 in one day.

A quiet refrigerator.

A no frills refrigerator. It is working fine and is nice and quiet. Delivery went very well.

Not our greatest purchase

We bought this refrigerator 6 months ago. Recently the freezer cabinet liner split from front to back on the bottom. Whirlpool said this was cosmetic and the fix was a piece of white tape. Three technicians have said this functional (not cosmetic). Next stop will be NY Consumer Protection Agency. Also, the drawers do not operate smoothly.

We liked it so much that when we saw the exact model was still on the market we bought another. Couldn’t believe the prices of fridges nowadays but were fortunate to find it on sale.

Love this model and ice maker is exceptional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this same fridge 3 years ago and died. Not happy. Freon leak cheaper to buy than fix. I love whirlpool so I bought same one again but this time with additional 4 year warranty. Hope it lasts that long. But it will probably die a few weeks after warranty expires. So sad in the new appliances not like the older ones that lasted 20-30 Years.

Terrible customer service

Still no email. Dont waste your money on Lowe extended warranty. Bought fridge AND warranty. Door does not close and seal properly. Lowes will not fix it. They say call manufacturer. Manufacturer says to Lowes. 800 number goes to useless voice prompts and chat bot is also useless. No one is accountable once you leave the store. Horrible customer service.

Love my new refrigerator!

I love having the freezer on the bottom. It’s a lot easier to see the contents now. I wish the drawers were a little sturdier. They seem very flimsy.

It’s a Keeper!
