Perfect Fit

Inside storage bins and freezer were just like the older one that we really liked. Old shelves and bins fit the new model. Wish new one had the covered bin for butter like the old one. Bottom freezer was a bonus.

Research before you buy

The Whirlpool has the same capacity and very close to the same outside dimensions so it seemed like a good choice. However, even though the capacity rating is the same, this one seems smaller inside and a little harder to organize than the GE. I do feel the double doors of the GE provided more unique spaces. There are aggravations.

Now after using it for 2 months, there are things that are aggravating. The 2 produce drawers are lightweight and flimsy with items inside and tend to come out of the upper track. Not Impressed for the Price!

Good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 20 year old appliance this was much more robust. The doors are very light weight and don’t always close completely. The door handles easily are removed making the access through doorways much easier. Seems to work fine just needs stronger door closer. Overall a good value and would purchase again.

Nice Fridge

Great refrigerator and freezer.

We have not hooked up the ice making apparatus yet, but that feature isn't something we were really looking at getting anyway. Anyway. The shelves have been easy to clean, along with the drawers. It has been a quiet refrigerator compared to our old one.

Basic Refrigerator

As expected - would purchase again

The capacity is nearly equal to the top line of another brand i replaced when it failed under warranty. I chose this unit for the simplicity. The freezer on the bottom provides more storage than on the top. Plus, who enjoys frozen food falling on your toes? This arrangement also makes it convenient to reach the back of the frig without needing to stoop. This does not have water and...

Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator. My smaller LG was working, but the seal leaked and the layout was awful. I could not wait to replace it. My new Whirlpool keeps things beautifully organized and cold. Lots of interior space.

Not as Reputable as you Once Was

Because that refrigerator had both condenser and evaporator go out twice! So assuming it was a “lemon”! Not happy with Whirlpool, yes I appreciate you replacing the refrigerator as it was the right thing to do! The brand is not upholding its reputation as in past years! I’ve personally fixed by motherboard on my washer twice with the help of YouTube Video...

Great basic fridge - quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice basic quiet fridge with lots of shelves, drawers and bins on door. Great ice maker with large bin and makes plenty of ice, and excellent light. The vacuum/negative pressure seal works great, so you can not re-open fridge or freezer immediately after closing. You have to wait a minute for the pressure to equalize so I keep it open longer to finish doing everything instead of multiple open/close. Freeze space is adequate but not spacious as ...
