Purchased in 2022 but took 12 months to get delivery due to covid....got in 2023.......within 7 months an actuator in fringe that controls the cold air coming in the fridge was making a lot noise.....got replace under warranty, no problem. Fridge is roomy with adjustable shelves and the door storage is nothing short of amazing......However freezer baskets are poorly designed. High maintenance

This refrigerator requires constant monitoring. You must be very careful to close the doors on refrig and freezer as they do not close tight easily. The bottom is difficult to remove the selves when cleaning the bottom. All in all I was disappointed. I hope the durability proves to be better.

33" Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

The LG has more room, the arrangement of the drawers was superior to the Whirlpool, the freezer drawer opens and closes much smoother in the LG. The only reason I got this Whirlpool is because LG did not have any of the 33" bottom freezers in stock. I am very disappointed in the Whirlpool.

Nice looking basic refrigerator

I like that the this refrigerator has the capacity we needed without complicated electronics or dispensing features that can cause plenty of problems. I can organize all the shelves to my level for easy view and the multiple door pockets keep my condiments corralled. Spill something? No problem easy wipe or remove the shelf for sink clean up. It seems better built than my 3 year old GE frig.

The design of the interior of this refrigerator is okay but forget EVER getting in touch with Whirlpool customer service. This refrigerator has a butane compressor, therefore the two Whirlpool contracted service people in my area will NOT work on it. The compressor makes rattling noises when it comes on and cuts off and is noisy. I think it was good

Overall product is good. The delivery was okay considering one of the delivery crew tracked mud in the house & neither one was conversational in English.

Cancelled Delivery Twice

Can't get a human to reschedule. Driver refused to deliver because he says the road to my house is too narrow. I had major appliances delivered by Lowe's as recently as last year. I think you just overworked the driver. I was delivery number 16 in one day.
