Love the freezer on the bottom

Not the same Whirlpool as 20 years ago

Noisy refer

I called your support team, the very helpful lady on the phone was unable to identify the type of noise my appliance is making. She set up an appointment with a service repair man. Good value for the money.

Seems to be better lit that the old one, but missing a couple of dividers in the freezer space, but we will figure that out. Quiet and nice looking at a reasonable price.

Terrible customer service

Still no call. Bought fridge AND Lowes extended warranty. Door does not close and seal properly. Lowes will not fix it. Lowes says call manufacturer. Manufacturer says call Lowes. 800 numbers go no where to voice prompts. Chat bot cant do anything. No one will fix it. Horrible experience.

great features and lots of storage area

Not as good as I had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 18 yo LG fridge. I wasn't able to see it on the showroom floor so I didn't realize the freezer is a a drawer instead of a door. The rail system and the lower drawer reduce a lot of space and restrict the size of what will fit in the freezer. If I can replace it I certainly will. The fridge drawers aren't as deep either which restricts what I can put in there too. Also it sounds like the compressor dropping out every time it turns ...

Disapointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 2011, also whirpool, refrigerator. I'm disapointed with the quality. The compressor is noisier than the old one, the manufacturing quality is clearly inferior. It has no extra features. The usable refrigerator space is not what I expected. It's not energy efficient.

Basic fridge, somewhat disappointing

I was replacing the same exact refrigerator with this newer model. The old one is 10 times nicer. What a downgrade. Drawers are really cheap plastic, it’s missing a drawer that I used to have at the bottom for deli, a large drawer that went the entire size of the fridge.
