Spectacular New Weber
This new Weber is awesome! That sear zone is crazy and does exactly what it say!! I did have to change the gas line hose. It wasn’t accepting gas through the line to the grill. Otherwise fantastic!!

My replacement Genesis grill
Would RecommendSo far I love the grill. However the burner to the right doesn't ignite from the starter buttom but whooshes on after the other 2 burners are on high. Also my old grill had a spring action for the propane tank which let me know when the tank was getting low. The new one doesn't have this feature. We ordered magnetic gauges that hopefully will rectify this issue.

Terrible Customer Service
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an online order. We ordered the grill on 4/16, and it arrived with a damaged part. After 5 calls to customer service and even more emails, we still do not have a replacement part OR even a date on when it might show up. It is now 5/7/26. It apparently is out of stock and no one can tell us when it will ship. At this point we just want to return the whole darn thing and get a refund. Never again!
