Major Design Flaw!

Upgraded to this grill from a 2 burner Spirit that had over a decade of service, person I donated it to replaced a few parts and its still running. The Genesis is nice but has a major design flaw. We use our grill almost every day, including in the winter. Its outside by our patio. When it rains, it gets wet. With daily use I have no desire to mess with a bulky cover. Poor shipping

We ordered this grill on June 13th and as of today's date we still have not received it. It's sitting someplace in Reno, NV waiting to be sent to us. Poor use of shipping. UPS or Fedex would have been better. We wanted to use this grill for the 4th and that didn't happen. Won't order from you again.

Waiting on part

My wife purchased this for me on 5/12 and had delivered. We went to put it together and the main frame piece is bent and can’t be used. I have been back and forth with customer service about getting a new part but it’s back ordered. 2 months later I still have pieces of a $1,000 grill scattered in my garage waiting on a new part for my brand new grill.

Continued Strong Performance

As my third genesis grill, I am generally very happy and the grill is working well. I am adjusting to the burners running up and down vs across. This is how they were in the old days, so I am sure it will come back to me. I have never had any near life experiences with my previous genesis grills, so losing the match hole, and having all these big openings in the stand are disappointing. A great grill that I’m sure will last a long time.

My third grill in my lifetime and the best so far. Love the natural gas hook up, as it gets very hot. The griddle insert is fantastic and a huge step up from my 28” griddle. The drip pan makes cleanup so much easier.

Love My Genesis E-325 Gas Grill.

Love the cooking zones: sear, direct heat, indirect heat. Plenty of storeage space and prep side wing tables to hold plates or food platters. The smoke box is a must for great tasting BarBQ.

Loving my new Genesis E-325

This is my third Weber Genesis. Each one has lasted a very long time with my last one lasting over 12 years. This latest purchase has definitely improved. The temperature control is so precise, the BBQ preheats in 1/2 the time, gas usage so far seems better than previous Genesis. This burner system is very adaptable too, with the added sear burner. Next on the list is the rotisserie unit and full griddle insert. Thanks Weber for continuing my bbq experience.

Best grill we have ever owned

This is our first Weber propane grill, and we can honestly say it’s the finest grill we’ve ever owned. The quality, performance, and even cooking have made every meal a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Heats up fast but no fuel gage

I have used Weber grills for years and this one is great for grilling. I like the sear feature as this is great for steaks. Only disappointment is that there is no gage for measuring the amount of propane left so when cooking something that takes some time you have to keep checking to make sure the grill is still on. For the price one would expect a gage of some nature. Other Weber grills i had in the past did have one.

Excellent Grill

Well made, strong and durable grill that heats quickly and maintains temperature perfectly. Dial adjustment is precise and easy. Larger grill surface for a smaller grill that works very well. I would recommend it to anyone.
