Would RecommendThis is very high quality cord you can tell the quality of it. One thing that could make it better is to have the pigtail 120 plug in the box with it. This cord makes construction jobs easier when you have no power on a job site.

Would RecommendI no longer have to depend on PG&E to keep my stock watered. Now I can run the generator for the well. The cord is the perfect length, maybe a little heavy for what I need it for but it is fairly easy to handle. Plugs right into the generator and the plug I had installed for the well. It will also be usable if We need power elswhere where PG&E is not available.
Heavy duty extension cord!!
Would RecommendThis is a very heavy duty cord and can handle the higher amps. It does have a specialized plug on it - I was not aware that it was for a generator only but it could be used for other high amp power needs. I owned an air compressor with this specific cord/plug at one time.

Excellent Build Quality
Would RecommendBuilt to handle up to 30 amps like a champ. Was able to connect to my generator with out issue. The end connections are easy to grasp. I ran the cord through a conduit that goes underground. Making it a tiny bit difficult to photograph. It works perfectly and was easy to install. I did get some images prior to installing it.

Generator Connection Cable
Would RecommendThis is a 30 Amp 240 Volt cable for connecting an emergency generator to an installed house receptacle. It is somewhat stiff for handling purposes but that is expected for a 10 AWG 4 conductor cable. It is sized correctly for a 7500 Watt generator. The unit is not lighted but a light is unnecessary for its intended use. It is 25 feet long which enabled me to locate my generator around the corner of the house and out of sight from the road. That is important because generators are valued arou...
Essential for Hooking Up a Florida Generator
Would RecommendThis cord is a must-have for my generator hookup. I run it between the generator and my shop's transfer switch receptacle. It's very flexible and doesn't weigh much. It comes with a Velcro strap so you can cinch up the cord for storage. The plug and receptacle are 30 amp NEMA L14-30-P rated to 3750 watts. Its a perfect match for my 3500 watt generator. The line's yellow color makes it easy to see but the plug ends are not lighted. With hurricane season on the way I couldn't pass it up.
very heavy duty exstension
