I also liked the proper smaller cable openening, with additional plastic pieces to further minimize it to secure 30A cables. The internal connectors aren't separated by plastic from one another and require careful wire routing from the electrician, to avoid internal shorts. With the supplied 30 amp prong, 10 AWG conductors could be secured tightly. The 2 halves easily came together, locking the prongs tightly into their correct alignment to mate into a 30 amp receptacle.
