Would RecommendI recently purchased an plug-in car that came with a charging cord for 120vac. Unfortunately, the charging time is quite slow at that voltage. I then purchase a 240vac charging cord with a plug that matches this outlet, and wired it in to the subpanel in the garage. It now charges in less than half the time! Perfect!

Would RecommendStandard 220 volt dryer plug. Easy to mount and wire. Please know how to wire 220 safely before attempt to wore this yourself. Dryer plugged in and works beautifully. Plug does not get the least bit warm. Good product. Good price.
