Would RecommendThis plug is good. seemed sturdy and heavy duty. The design is nice where the wires go. It's an open body design that allows you to move the screw and tab, slide the wire in, then slide the screw and tab back over. Easier to assemble.

Would RecommendMy daughter just moved into a new house and her dryer plug would not work. Ran down to the local Lowe's store in Sonora California and they had a great selection of electrical parts in stock. Picked up the plug and some other good stuff I couldn't live without, used self checkout and was back to the house in less then a half hour.

clamp leaves huge hole with Romex
Would Not RecommendPrice is good, but when using Romex, screws are too long and stick out the back (easily fixed). But like most Utilitech items I have used, there is always a problem. The supplied clamp leaves a big hole with Romex - not very safe if you ask me. It would work better with a separate wire clamp. Knockouts pretty much just fell out so I had to patch rear hole since I needed the top entry. Will probably use Leviton from the orange store next time.
