Would RecommendIt's hard to believe these boards come from recycled materials. They are very uniform in appearance and size and very easy to install. They are easy to cut if you need to cut them and look great on the small deck I built. I am 74 years old and expect them to be around after I depart this world.

Not fully capped
Would Not RecommendThe color (hana brown) of this composite decking is nice, but you get what you pay for. The board is not fully capped, The backside is raw composite material that is susceptible to water damage. The backside is also corrugated making this not ideal for joining boards together as the edges are exposed. I ordered more than I needed to, and had intended to use the extra pieces as a fascia. Next time I will spend a little more and get fully capped, or maybe even PVC decking.

it gets hot in full sun
Would RecommendIt is not forgiving if your stair treads are not level. You can see all of the dips and rises. Overall I like the product. Make sure to check the colors when purchasing it at Lowes, they have a lot of different colors. Also make sure to look over each piece for damage because you can’t sand it out so if it’s damaged pass on that piece.

do not use the picture of this product to order it - it does NOT have a square cross-section as described. The bottom is scalloped and not solid. Couldn't use these on our stairs after ordering them. I'm sure the solid ones will be 3X the price!

Not Great
Would Not RecommendIt looks good and the price was right, but its not great. This is the5th different kind of composite decking I have installed. Hana Brown gets incredibly hot in 10 minutes of sun and impossible to screw down without mushrooming. You cant countersink them because its not solid color all the way through and looks terrible. Best bet is to predrill, use composite deck screws and try not to burry the screw because it will bubble up.
