What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the product for its exceptional wood-like appearance, durability, and ease of installation. Many highlight the natural aesthetic that enhances outdoor spaces while eliminating maintenance burdens like staining and sealing. Reviewers consistently note the boards are easy to cut and install, especially with hidden fastener systems that create clean, nail-free surfaces. The product resists rotting and warping better than traditional wood, making it a worthwhile long-term investment. A few mention the surface gets very hot in direct sunlight and can feel uncomfortable barefoot, though these minor concerns rarely outweigh overall satisfaction.

Trex was the right call!
Prior to installing this with my brother in law... I knew very little about DIY projects and tools in general. My bro in law is handy. Watched a youtube video and we were off and running. Turned out beautiful!

Don’t use if warped
Would Not RecommendI just redid a 500sqft deck and when the Lowes truck delivered I noticed all the ends of boards were severely warped up on both ends. I said I wanted to return it and the drive said he doesn’t do returns and to call the store, so I looked on line and a lot of people posted about this issue and said just install it and they will lay flat after the sun hits it. Well that is not the case. Many Boards are also bowed more than an inch and a half. Made the whole deck a nightmare to install as I am f...

works for ME
Would RecommendI used these to make a curved parking area. After letting them sit in the hot sun. I was able to bend them in the shape I wanted. I used 2-4 foot half inch rebar to hold them in place. It looks a lot better than treated timber and it curves, making mowing a lot easier.

*** DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES ***
Would Not RecommendThe boards themselves are fine -- once you finally actually receive the correct ones, undamaged -- but the service from Lowe's was utterly abysmal. I think everyone that works at Lowe's either couldn't care less about the service they provide or they have continuous circus music playing in their heads.

Warp and splinter
Would Not RecommendNot worth the extra money. I rarely go back and write a review but after 10 years this side porch is a mess. The decking is just splintering and the rails are all warped. See pics
