Love that its low maintenance, no stsining needed. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of options in the stsr rsiling length. My installer is fabulous and he found a coupling to join 2 railings . However this entailed buying 2 extra rail kits. But overall my husband and i are very happy with our purchade.

Poor quality control
Would Not RecommendI have ordered a total of (8) stair handrail kits, (6) horizontal kits, (9) 9' long post sleeves and (6) 4' long post sleeves. Of these, 1 stair handrail kit was missing the hardware, another was mistakenly replaced with a horizontal handrail, (which was severely damaged), (2) severely split 9' post sleeves and 2 severely split 4' post sleeves.
