Would Not RecommendI chose this particular brand because I read it was the best for Oklahoma wind and rain and can help improved clay soil. This was NOT as pictured— 99% of it is huge chunks of wood, including particle board, plastic, painted wood scraps. The color of bags purchased at the same time on the same pallet are not even close to the same color—one bag dark and the other bag would be light colored. It looks HORRIBLE.

Would RecommendThis is a pretty good product. I like that it isn’t dyed, and it will feed my soil over time. My one complaint is that the amount of shredding is inconsistent. Some bags had mostly really giant pieces of wood and big chunks, which weren’t my favorite. Other bags were shredded more finely and were much better.

Would Not RecommendI've bought hundreds of bags of shredded hardwood mulch from Lowe's over the years. Last year I began finding big chunks of wood mixed in with the shredded material. It happened again this spring. I took a bucket of what I collected to the store and they were well aware of the problem. I was told to complain online because management only listens to customers, not employees. No stord credit was offered.
