I used this to actually fill holes in my Centipede Lawn here in Leland. It is a very good quality and it doesn't contain lots of mulch in it. Very happy with it.

Dirt - no really, it's dirt
Dirt with a bunch of wood chips. Fills holes. It's dirt. Costwise it was the same or cheaper than the bulk top soil at my local nursery. Bags were easier than loading a pickup with bulk top soil from the local nursery. So, it's main advantage was convenience.

I have purchased this product in the past. It is great for filling in bare spots and covering up clay. It spreads easily. Plan on using this Fall when I put my grass seed in later this month. The price was good compared to other dealers. My rating is partly related to previous experience.
