As stated for the first item and all subsequent items, I have not started to use this product yet therefore I cannot subject my opinions.

open up box and check your pipes !!!

all 6 36 inch pipes i received were damaged. besides the severe numerous dents on all the pipes,5 out of 6 pipes were dented at the top where the next pipe is supposed to twist in with little effort, we had to pound out these gently and then we had to use a crimping tool to make them fit into the next pipe. what should,ve been a 3 hour job,turned into a all day event. and the only reason i didn,t return them was because the house we put this in ,had an old brick chimney that we pulled down th...

Probably best to purchase at the store.

Product came dented. Not sure if it was dented before or during shipping. We didnt have the option to go to the store and purchase. The product is working so far, hopefully it wont leak.

Good sturdy pipe, easy to install with the twist lock and solid locking mechanism, not flimsy at all

Quality product but check for dents

Quality product, but check the pipes before install. Even though the packaging looks perfect, many of the chimney pipes for my project were significantly dented right out of the box and had to be exchanged. Apparently this is quite common with chimney pipe.

Perfect additional piece

Perfect fitting addition to our current chimney setup. No dents or dings and was in stock as the web stated and was waiting for us to pick up. Great customer service.

This keeps the gases hot til they exit rain cap.

Excellent quality; this is one of the pieces that extends above my roof line, and there is of course a rain cap with a spark arrestor attached to the top of this. The flue must be tall enough to make the system "draw" well, and you need to keep the gases hot until they exit the rain cap; that keeps creosote from forming so quickly. Still need to remove the rain cap and run a 6" brush through it from top to bottom at the beginning, mid-point and end of the season.

So I liked that it got here fast but this is our second one buying and it was damaged as well but we are still able to use it

Straightforward Installation

I was quite happy with this class A chimney system. It installed rather easily and was very self intuitive in the installation. Basically it was hard to get wrong. No specialty tools were required. I'd have given it 5 stars, but I think the directions could use a bit more explanation because a few things like the storm collar were simply unexplained. Also a few of the pieces had some minor dents in the female connection ends which required a light hammering with a flat surface hammer to get them...
