These double wall pipes make it safer to have a fire going, because they don't let the heat out to ruin anything!

Dented, dinged and damaged

I purchased seven sections of this chimney pipe, I had to return one it was so heavily damaged and the other six all have dents and dings in them. Not really what I wanted on the side of my house but it is November and I needed heat. If it was summer I would have returned every bit of it.

Installation, Other Reviews & Dents

I've used this pipe extensively and as I read the reviews I believe they are misleading. Many discuss metric threads/sizes, difficulty in planning & purchasing the correct amount of supplies as well as instructions that are not clear etc & dents in pipe causing them to be returned to the store. The 1st & obvious comment is, if your child was in a terrible car crash & badly injured would you take them to the neighbor for medical care or call a professional? - Anytime you install a chimney system...

Quality made, had to go through all 8 or so boxes to find 3 lesser of the evil on dents!!! Only good part was, 1/2 off the original price because of the dents. SWEET!!!

One of 4 pieces was bent on the end beyond use had to make extra trip to exchange it. Another pipe was dented inside and out. Bad supply packing.

Good, Easy to Assemble (Expensive)

Good product, easy to assemble - had a slight dent but was able to locate it in a non visible location. Anything stainless steel is expensive!

Good chimney pipe

Purchased 2 12" sections to finish out my install and get desired height, and luckily caught them on an "on-line order / same day pick up in store" special at $27. One section did not have the locking tabs punched out far enough so would not lock securely to the piece above. Lowes replaced it with no hassle whatsoever. Hi, Put this up for my wood burner. Went together easily, looked fine with the exterior stainless steel. I was happy, saved a bunch of money over having someone do it. In 1 years time with NO use (i did not hook up my wood burner yet) SEVERAL of the pipes "stainless" exteriors have spots of rust! So I scratch at the rust, and there are holes in the pipes! This is REALLY poor stainless steel. So I call the company. I tell them the deal. They send me out new pipe sections. They were good to dea...
