Product is made of good quality material, but like others have posted check to make sure it’s not dented. Mine was but that was ok for my project. It does keep the heat inside the pipe very well.

if you order these or buy them in the store, INSPECT EVERY SINGLE ONE. I read reviews before buying and a lot of people reported dented or damaged sections. I opened all of the 7 I ordered and 5/7 had dents. most were minor dents, but one I had to return as an end piece was damaged enough that it wouldnt have mated with the others. Good pipe a little pricey

this is a well-made double insulated chimney pipe

better than the 8” x 36” pipe

The 6” x 36” pipe was not as fragile as the 8” x 36” I assume since it’s not as heavy. I did have a couple of pieces that had dents in them but were still useable. I hooked up my oil furnace to this chimney system and it drafts fine. I did take the chimney cap off while on the roof and notice a puddle of water in the bottom of the clean out but i’m not sure how much of a problem that will be long term.

8”x36” pipe is fragile

I read the reviews and they were accurate about this chimney pipe being damage during shipping. I originally ordered 7 and had to return 3. I ordered 3 more and didn’t pick up 2. got to the store right after opening 6:30 AM since I knew a shipment had arrived that morning and got my last two. They went together good and the overall chimney system looks good. If you do order this pipe check it before you leave the store

Long lasting wood stove pipe

The double wall stainless steel lasts a long time. Safer than black stove pipe. The interlocking twist connection ensures proper overlap connection to prevent back draft smoke and keep it plum straight. It needs support braces and locking bands because it gets heavier with use from creosote.
