What Customers Are Saying
The product has mixed reviews. Customers found it easy to install and liked the final look, describing it as having excellent color variation and a nice cabin feel. However, there were significant quality control issues, with many planks reported as warped, damaged, or inconsistent in size, leading to gaps and uneven installation. Some customers had to purchase additional boxes due to the high rate of unusable planks. The accuracy of the listed square footage per box was also a concern. Overall, the product may work better for smaller projects rather than full wall installations due to the quality control problems.

poor quality
I was initially excited about these planks until we got them home and opened the boxes. Some of the planks were broken. Some were smooth while others were rough enough that we would need to sand them. The planks were also stuck on top of each other, and we actually had to pri them apart. This only made quality worse. We ended up returning all of the planks.

Some are very rough texture, but most good
Would RecommendI bought 4 boxes, each had 9 pieces, three 4ft, two 3 ft, two 2ft, and two about 12" or so. One box had almost every piece rough sawn more than the others. Out of 4 boxes only one 4 ft piece and one two foot piece I had issues with, one had broken on the side and the 4 ft was warped and couldn't be straightened with sanding. I returned one complete box and ordered another hoping I get three straight 4ft pieces out of it. But return was free to ship, so can't complain.

Warped & Cupped
Would Not RecommendWarped and cupped making job labor intensive trying to maintain level with each board. Horrible to work with

Refund
Would Not RecommendWhen I returned to the unopened package to the store there were only 15 pieces instead of 16 so they only credited me for 15. I need my other part of the refund it was never in the box. I will never order online again and have to go threw this

Check carefully
Would Not RecommendPlanks not only vary in length, they vary in height from box to box. Cannot mix boxes during install or it may be impossible to keep them level. And check the contents over carefully before taking them home. Many planks are damaged when you remove them from the box. Barely got 8.5 usable square feet from a box that contains 10.5 sq. ft.

BS advertising
Would Not RecommendFirst. The specifications state 9 boards per carton. Nope. 6 actual 4' boards. the other two are anywhere from 22" to 26" in length. The stain is cheap and barely covers the boards. Many boards have blotches of something on them.

A lot of wasted material
Would Not RecommendIf you are nailing this to 16” on center studs you will need more material than expected. I needed 7 additional packs because each one only contained 3x 4ft pieces. The others there were 3x 20” and 3x 28”. Not a good fit for 16” studs. The mastery is what I expected and gives a rustic white washed wall. However having to spend an additional $200 to finish the project course avoided. Next time I will look for another product. Suggestion for improvement. Make the smallest pieces 16” and the oth...
