Awful Product

Awful product. Material is not uniform in width which leaves large gaps between boards rows, they planks are also full of large knots that have fallen out and are large holes. On top of that many pieces are bowed and warped.

Goes up good

Easy to install, liquid nail and Brad nails into studs, but next morning woke up and looked at it and many but not all boards were cupping like they had moisture. I live in Arizona temp is perfect temp.

Great project for an entryway and easy to install.

Be careful when purchasing I had two boxes that were bowed pretty bad. I took them back with no issues.

Warped and inconsistent widths

Every plank have inconsistencies in widths varying up to 1/8" total. Warped pieces including good planks that warped after installing. Total junk!

Look before buying

This paneling should be sold at a junk store not Lowes. It is borderline junk. They look good until you start installing. Almost every piece is cupped on the finished side. If you try and flatten them they will split. I had to drill for every hole since nails splut rhem. I finally installed them with the unfinished side showing then paint them. I would of been ahead using another product. About $2.50 a sg ft for trash.

Absolute Trash, Now expensive firewood

Bought 3 boxes for 1 small wall. Most of the boards were warped and a couple cracked right out of the box. Flimsy and poor quality. Spend the extra $15 and choose 8 foot or 12 foot sections with your own eyes. You are taking a gamble not being able to see what is in the box. Not Lowes fault but they should not sell this product. Balsa wood has more structure than this product.

Awful and just no!

I had this installed on my ceiling and at first glance looked okay, but after a couple days of it being installed and looking at it, realizing it was not even widths, cracked pieces all over, had to be nailed on probably bc of the curling everyone has mentioned, and now has to be torn off and it was a waste of $950 and labor cost. Do not buy this! I promise you won’t be happy unless you want a rustic, beat up look from maybe an old cabin in the woods that was left to you but you just want to bur...

Don’t waste your money

Most of the slats were warped. I wish I would have returned everything, but I tried to install it on my wall. It looks terrible. It was warped so bad my Brad nailer wouldn’t make it lay flat. I tried using screws and the slats broke and splintered.

Good product

Good product for my needs. expect to have some warped boards but all and all I'm happy with it.

Junk!

Most of the boards were warped or cracked. A few days after installing they all started warping. Had to use a ton of nails. Some are cut to such short lengths they don't span 16" studs

I want to cry!!!!

We are on a budget so we got these. Did not think they would go so horribly wrong. Wish I read the reviews first. We installed a small feature wall first in the kitchen. Then we had bought more boxes to extend it. After installing the larger wall we noticed huge gaps in between the boards that weren't there when we installed them! I think they cupped and possibly shrunk?? My husband had to take down and reinstall. Now we are waiting for the larger wall to do the same. Its not even about th...
