Ratings & Reviews for Style Selections 1/4-in x 5-3/8-in x 4-ft Stained Sun Bleached Pine Wood Shiplap Wall Plank 9 -Pack

Easy and inexpensive.

Great product . Easy to install. Professional resut.

Don’t buy-Broken, thin, brittle

We were going to use this on my ceiling. When my contractor showed me the product it was awful. You get three 4’ boards and six 2’ boards in one box. Lowe’s would not return the 2 boxes that my contractor opened since he got rid of the packaging so I’m stuck with this mess of a product,. Luckily, I was able to return the other 14 unopened boxes. See the pictures to see how bad this product is.

Love the color!

We absolutley love this color and was exactly what we were looking for to do the accent wall in our foyer as it is not quite gray and not quite beige in color. It was the perfect accent as we used Valspar Perfect Greige to paint our walls. There are brown highlights in the wood but it is not too rustic like other products we looked at. And it was easy to install.

Looks great like a pro did it

Terrific wall covering - easy to install - proud !!

crooked

Trying to put this on our walls and when we took it out of the package it was crooked and would not stick to the wall.

Weathered wood ship lap siding for an inside wall.

This was a great product & worked perfectly to enclose space where a door was removed. It would have worked side by side or overlapped. The finish gave the appearance of a used or distressed look. However, we chose to paint it and it looked great. I would definitely use this product again

Beware

We loved the look and texture of the wood planks. Big problem with warped boards. Either length wise or cupped the length of the plank. Also alot were not as wide as others. Dont get me wrong we went thru 16 boxes. Had to return 4 full of warped planks just to get enough to finished project. Took twice as long dealing with bad planks and having to drive 40 minutes one way to exchange. Wish we would have known. But we were to far into the whole design to change direction. Just be aware and buy ...

Clearly our first choice.

Clearly our first choice. Long lasting and good finish

Don’t Waste your money

Wood is very cheap. 4 boards were in 1 piece, but cracked and the other 3 were broke in half. Some of the planks were flat and others had more of a rounded shape. Super disappointed.

Great Product

The color is a great neutral that goes with anything. Some of the boards were slightly irregular, but I think it gives it character. There were only a couple broken boards which is not bad at all. Every easy to install for the DIY type of person. Overall I am very happy with this product.

this wood is great

this reclaimed shiplap is one of a kind, it's so beautiful and durable I can't stop looking at it.

It’s reclaimed lumber with real knots

Easy install and looks great

Be careful which type of cut you get in the box A or B. One type has flat butt ends whereas the other type has lapping edges on all four sides. They don't work together on the same row.

Purchase products like this in person - not online

I purchased online. 5 of the 9 boxes contained product that was too badly warped to be used. Of the other 4 boxes, most but not all of the material was usable. I returned to a local store and found enough good boxes of product to complete the project. Totally defeated the objective of online ordering.

Color is amazing '

Color is just like pictured. Easy to attach to walls and looks amazing. Even for amateur project person.

Bad product

Terrible product to work with. Two thirds of the pieces in the box are warped. I purchased 37 boxes. They do not lay flat against the wall and unless you have plywood on the entire wall you will not get these to work properly . Even with construction adhesive. The panels are only 1/4 " thick so nails have a tendency to blow through the panel. If they would be primed on the back side , that would probably solve the warping. Would not purchase these again. In fact 4 walls were to be done but chang...

Great product

I bought this with some hesitation as this seemed like a very overwhelming project. Turns out these were very easy to install and look absolutely amazing in my laundry room. I have gotten so many compliments. Could not recommend more and can't wait to do another wall.
