What Customers Are Saying
The product has mixed reviews. Customers found it easy to install and liked the final look, describing it as having excellent color variation and a nice cabin feel. However, there were significant quality control issues, with many planks reported as warped, damaged, or inconsistent in size, leading to gaps and uneven installation. Some customers had to purchase additional boxes due to the high rate of unusable planks. The accuracy of the listed square footage per box was also a concern. Overall, the product may work better for smaller projects rather than full wall installations due to the quality control problems.

Would RecommendI ordered 12 packages to be delivered by Lowes. I was expecting the box to be mangled and the internals to be damaged, but fedex dropped of a big box, well packaged, and all the 12 cartons inside were perfect. and all 12 were in good condition, no broken ends or split planks. Just like if I had hand picked them myself! Thanks. The planks are uniform with just a little bit of cupping. my new brad gun will get broken in in style too.

Beautiful but flimsy
Would RecommendEasy to hang with multiple looks possible. However, it’s THIN so several boards came with cracks running though them or chips off the edging.

Check boards before you start your project...
No quality control as some boards had Termite Holes all through them... which made them unusable and I was almost unable to complete my project.

Not what I was looking for.
Would Not RecommendVery poor quality. Rough texture…if you rub your hand on this you will get a splinter. A lot of broken pieces in the boxes. Just raw rough wood that had some warped pieces. I sent it back.

Planks were curled coming out of the box.
Would Not RecommendWhile I like the look of planks I am very disappointed in the product. I purchased 12 boxes and about a third of the planks were unusable coming out of the boxes. They were already cupped to the point that they could not be sucked into position. I tried using some of them and while they looked okay initially after awhile of being on the wall they started curling up. Of course by the time I noticed it, it was to late to replace them, as I had already put more planks over them. So now I have ...

Please be aware that there are only 2 or 3 planks the full 48". Some planks are warped, some are split, a few loose knots. But overall, I'm very happy how my project turned out. Just buy extra, to allow for some bad pieces. Most can be cut and used for smaller spans.

Sun Bleached Driftwood
Would RecommendI had the Design Innovations Sun Bleached shiplap planks installed in my Beauty Bar. I the planking colors warmed up the stark painted walls and added a calming beach atmosphere. Our clients also commented on the remarkable improvement. Thanks Lowes.

Very aesthetic, good quality product.
Would RecommendMe and my wife were looking to remodel one of our rooms, it desperately needed a new look. We were hesitant to shop online because in the past we have received subpar products. As we took another gamble and ordered these wall planks we were pleasantly surprised with their rich color and feel. We were able to easily install them and our room looks amazing! We are now going to order another set for our living room. Highly recommend.

We used this product and we are very satisfied with it. Easy installation, eco material is very good quality.
Thank you Mario for your positive review.
Very disappointed in the product
Would Not RecommendIt had the look we were looking for but the quality of the product was not good. After opening three boxes and finding 60% of it unusable ( cupped, cracked and warped ) it was almost impossible to attach to the wall. The folks at our local Lowes were very helpful in making the return easy.
