The bow on some these 6 x 24 planks can be extreme. Lippage will be a problem. How bad depends on the installer. Another issue is what appears to be cracks. On about 1/4 to 1/3 of each carton there is a perpendicular to the main pattern, a thin line or several thin lines of various lengths. Though this may be part of the pattern, they look more like cracks with this particular color. We loved this Leonia Silver tile.

We loved this 6x24 Leonia Silver tile. We used it for bathrooms at our lake house. We put it on the all the floors and used the matching bullnose. We did it ourselves and it looks great. We are very happy with the quality of the tiles.

Nice looking tile

We purchased this tile and then I read reviews. With the number of negative reviews about tiles cracking or shattering we almost returned it. We decided to give it a try and I’m glad we did! A few tiles chipped in the very corners and only one cracked while cutting. So glad we gave it a go because it looks great in our shower!

Great looking tile

We purchased this tile when doing a complete bathroom remodel. We read the reviews and were concerned about the cutting of the tile and breakage but decided to go with it as it was the best color and style for us. The decision was correct as there were no serious problems. Our contractor had no problems cutting the tiles. He used a new blade on his wet saw and diamond hole cutter as well. nice looking but easy to chip and crack

we picked this tile for the looking, well, even the looking is kind of degraded after we put the on the wall - it is definitely darker than the images online. the problem is it is very easy to chip, crack, during the process. Poor quality

Avoid style selection tile from Lowe's. Tile looks great but is not fired completely. Tile will crack and chip even on the best wet saw. Thought it was my blade at first so I replaced it. No help. After cutting tile you look at the side and can see the inside is a grey color like uncooked clay. I've been a contractor for 17 years and never experienced this until now. Best tile for my design

I love this pattern as it fits my transitional modern bathroom perfectly. I wanted a linear patterned grey tile. I used it on the floor and on shower walls. I read other reviews regarding issues with cutting this tile and I had next to none. I used the least expensive wet saw from a local Lowe's competitor and had very little waste. I even had a few pieces that had to be slivers. This tile installed easily and looks amazing.

Can't beat the price

You can't beat it for the price. There are some relative inconsistencies in size but they are usable. As with any large format tile installation is about the details and prep. The pattern is fairly repetitious between boxes but not that noticeable. While I used it on a shower, they would certainly be easier to install on a floor. I had a few broken tiles in 7 boxes. Not bad considering their size and weight. No color issues as I chose from within the same lot.

Hopefully this review will save you from grief

This tile looks great... however, it is very brittle and will soon start to look bad. If I could go back in time I would absolutely not install it. We've had it for less than a year and already have about 7 broken tiles and I haven't found all the tiles that have chipped on the edges. It is very frustrating.

Disappointed

Tile has thin veneer layer easily chipped. Design sometimes looks like some tiles have cracks. Just disappointed in overall quality.

Looks great, easy to work with

I have seen several reveiws talking about it being hard to cut, but I didn't have any issues. It cut very easily with both a wet saw and a score and snap cutter. Looks really nice on the walls and the bullnose pieces finish the look. Very happy with my shower!

Love the finished look, BUT...hard to work with

My contractor had the local Lowe's open every box as many pieces had chipped corners right from the get-go. With a new wet saw and diamond blade, cutting for the shower valve shattered 2-3 pieces. He had to make a vertical cut through the piece, then plunge cut half circles. The smaller holes and square cuts for the niche went ok except for one. I messaged the manufacturer Florim on FB after the fact. I liked the idea of a US made product, but it's too brittle to work with. Another vendor ...

Beautiful and tough tile

I recently installed this tile in our master bath, used the 6x24" and laid them in a herringbone pattern. The tile is beautiful and was fairly easy to install. It is porcelain and therefore pretty tough, but my small skil wet saw handled it fine. Great product at a great price point.

Great for condo

The tile contractor did a great job with additional mesh underneath and gout the entire floor of kitchen, dining and living room. It came out so beautiful. All of my friends wanted requested this Leonia silver porcelain tile. Thank you, Lowe's

Looks good but not easy to work with

I just finished tiling my bathroom shower wall with these tiles and they look quite nice. The thing I liked least about these tiles is that I couldn't effectively use my score and snap tile cutter because these wouldn't break in a straight line. Additionally when trying to cut out a hole for the shower head with an angle grinder I had multiple tiles snap. I tried going really slowly, really really slowly, and wet cutting until I had to resort to using wet cutting with a diamond bit on my Dremel ...

Un even tiles

I had this Laid by a professional and he said looked at it and said it will not lay even because the tiles are uneven. He said he could only guarantee a-1 Tile from a tile company but I said it will be fine the price is affordable. Mistake. I

Turned out better than expected!

I was beyond pleased with how this turned out! I highly recommend this with white grout! See the vanity photo I took for a more accurate depiction of its color.

Beautiful, but fragile

They look great, but installation is a nightmare. These tiles are almost impossible to cut holes in for shower installation. Expect to break many, many tiles before you luck out. Other stores have similar color tile that are not so fragile. Try them.

We love the look of this tile in our home! Perfect neutral tile! The only downfall is its a tad on the brittle side when it comes to making cuts, but over all great choice for flooring!

Looks nice but not a good quality

I purchased enough tile for walls and floor, but my contracted ended up using 2 more boxes than was projected because the tile is really brittle. When he was trying to cut a hole to accommodate shower valve the tile would chatter and pieces flew in different directions. It looks nice installed but be prepared to buy more tile than you'd normally use.
