Don't dare buy this junk!

The tile seems to be of good quality UNTIL you need to make a cut. Without exaggeration, my professional tile setter attempted to cut a square hole for a toilet connection in no less than 15 tile only to have them shatter one after another. I couldn't believe my eyes. We tried every way imaginable to make this cut including buying a new blade only to see this tile shatter each and every time. This tile is junk! Really nice! Good Product

We had this installed by our home repair guy who has done a lot of tile work. He said it was no problem to cut. He installed this in our shower (with a marble mosaic we purchased from Floor & Decor), along with the bathroom floor. We used the Bostik Neverseal Misty Gray Pre-Mixed Grout. New Kohler tub too. Happy customers!

Beautiful Tile

This tile is beautiful installed. My contractor commented several times about how easy it is to work with the tile. Although the tile was great, I can't say the same about the customer service at Lowes.

Bull Nose pattern runs in wrong direction for wall

Pattern on bull nose runs in opposite direction to the rest of the tile..I used it on the floor and bathroom walls only to realize I could not complete the project with the bull nose tile.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY

I was hesitant to purchase this tile because of all the reviews about it being hard to cut, the tile is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to cut when cutting through the center of the tile (ex. for plumbing pipes) My very experienced tile guy had nothing but failure trying to cut through the center of the tile for the plumbing pipes. Love this tile!

I had a friend who installed this in her kitchen and I absolutely loved it! I have gotten so many compliments on it also! My installer didn't have any trouble cutting or installing it. He said that if you have a high quality saw, it's not a problem at all.

Decent tile with a few flaws

Customer bought these to tile walk in shower. As the other reviews say they chip easy for porcelain. I've noticed a majority of them have pretty decent crowning. Made it very obnoxious to install. Thats expected though with the cheaper long skinny tiles from Lowes and other big box stores. Finished look is nice though.

Easy install, looks great!

Cut easily without chipping. I did not have any issues with inconsistent sheen or shading like some of the reviews mentioned. It looks great in my half bath.

Very pleased with it.

I am currently in the process of putting down 350 square feet of this tile. As a DIYer, I freaked when I read the post about being difficult to cut and shattering after I had already put down quite a few tiles. I typically wait until the end to do all my cutting. After reading the post, I went ahead and cut several pieces with a DeWalt 10" wet saw. The tile cut really well without any problems. I have also not experienced any in box breakage. All in all, a good experience

Bathroom Reno

My wife initially wanted a smoke grey glass tile for the guest shower but after shopping around the cheapest we found was $14 a square foot so after some time she changed her mind. We settled on this tile and i ended up cutting the tiles in half and laying them in the running bond/brick pattern. I must say i was quite impressed of how good it look when complete.

We used this tile in a parade of homes house! Its my favorite tile in the house, and I have a lot of tile! You have to be careful cleaning the thin set lines, the tile will chip on the edges. But, I don't think its the tile, its the tile setter leaving the thin set in the tile too long before coming back to grout. It looks great, just make sure you get the same dye lot when you purchase I love this tile!!!!!

Great look - extremely hard tile - not for a DIYer

Some other reviews have mentioned its impossible to cut - I've installed this tile in both available colors on more than ten bath/shower/flooring projects....a good quality wet saw and some patience and I've had no problems. For holes I use a diamond bit hole saw - too much pressure and any tile will break/shatter. Like I noted its very hard tile - drilling anchor holes just burns up regular ceramic tile drill bits....gotta use diamond bits plain and simple. Probably my biggest knock on the tile...

Beautiful and inexpensive

I looked for an inexpensive option for flooring for my master bath, that also looked high end, and this tile was perfect. After reading the helpful reviews, I chose this tile, all one lot number, and the recommended light gray grout. Tile is very smooth beneath your bare feet (but not slippery) and I'm extremely pleased with the look. Love it!

My husband and I are getting ready to remodel a second bathroom using this tile. I am very thankful that I did not read the reviews on this product before the first remodeled. If I had…I probably would not have made the purchase the first time, but I am very happy that I did. Our bathroom turned out beautiful. We had a contractor do the tile installation on the first bathroom with no complaints or the tile issues that I am reading about here.

I don't get all the bad reviews

My wife was very hesitant about purchasing these tiles because of all the bad reviews online. In the end we decided to go with this tile and am glad we did. Neither of us had ever used a wet saw before, nor tiled, and after attending Youtube university we set nearly 700 square feet over the course of a weekend and only broke one tile... because we dropped off a table on concrete. Good looking tile for the price

I got this tile because it looked identical to a higher end tile I liked. It looks great once installed. They are a nice warm light grey/greige tone. I used TEC sanded grout in color "silverado", and the color blends very well with these tiles. Don't buy this tile

This family of tiles looks great and is inexpensive but the quality is very poor. Out of 112 - 12 x 24" tiles, I had to return 41 due to chipped corners. I bought the tile in sealed boxes to avoid purchasing rejects. In addition to the chipped corners, the tiles are also inconsistent sizes. This makes the tile installation very difficult, especially for a stacked pattern on the shower walls. In addition, the matching bullnose tile was not the same length as the 12 x 24" tile.
