Ratings & Reviews for SMARTCORE By COREtec Floors Andover Oak 22-mil x 7-in W x 48-in L Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring ( 18.8-sq ft Per Carton )

Great quality LVP

Hands down the nicest LVP I’ve come across. The feel is more wood-like than plastic. The patterns seem to be on rotations of about 8 pieces giving you plenty of room before repeating pattern. The biggest and key feature is the underside and the quiet pad. I’d still go with underlayment to supplement the attached pad, but the way this one is designed it sounds much quieter when stepping on it, giving you less of that typical “tappy” sound. When I went to the store, I was told the color was discon...

Good looking and easy to DIY

This floor is extremely nice and could easily be mistaken for real wood. I like that these are waterproof, click together for a floating floor, and have the rubber backer that prevent the “hollow” sound you get from some cheap vinyl floors. We placed it over our concrete floor and it was so much warmer and noticeably softer to walk on. It appears to repeat the same wood print every 10 boards, but some packs have several of the same print. So make sure you get several packs and mix them.

Great looking Flooring!

So excited to put down the Smartcore by Coretec premium vinyl floor. We chose Andover Oak 7” x 48” for bathroom remodel. We chose this product because we wanted to go over the old existing tile floor . It is extremely easy to install and looks like real wood . We can only do partial installation due to plumbing issues and delays with new vanity and toilet. We upload more photos when plumber is done .

Quality with a country little style

The product is a stylish wood grain flooring that will make any room a show floor. Im still working on my house with sheetrock and put this flooring throughout the house . I love it . I placed regular padding down.

Absolutely love this floor!

I wanted something to cover the hideous textured concrete in my office and these LVPs are perfect. They really brighten up the room. Installed them all by my lonesome. So simple! It was like putting a puzzle together. Instructions are perfectly clear. The quality is exceptional. Highly recommend these planks for anyone who is looking for a long-term flooring solution.

Beautiful wood looking flooring, easy to use and c

I used this flooring over my existing flooring. It’s super easy to cut and lock in. The brown wood look is amazing and looks so real! My husband was able to finish the project in a day!

Great flooring

I love the color of this flooring. It's easy to put down. We put it in our laundry room that we just built. It's easy to clean and looks great. It's not to dark of color and goes with everything.

Wow what a beauty

I started a new project with our kitchen and received a flooring product called smartcore by coretec floors, I was truly amazed at how beautiful the flooring coloring was and how well it was made, simple to put together and it fits very tightly to each piece, I have done a few floors from cheap to expensive, and this is a luxury flooring at its best, I began my layout and my wife walks in and says that is so beautiful, and I had to agree with her, very easy to cut (I used my table saw), and it h...

great flooring

The color is outstanding and really easy to install The clip in design makes it easy to install and does not take long to install I will be buying more to finish my basement floor

Best flooring I have ever installed

To begin, I must say that this laminate plank flooring was an absolute breeze to install. The wide grooves ensured a flawless fit, making the installation process a breeze. The softness beneath my feet is simply delightful, and the padding on the back provides a comfortable cushion. The finish closely resembles real hardwood flooring, adding a touch of elegance to any space. I opted for the Andover Oak Brown Wood Look because it seamlessly complements various wall and cabinet colors. Each board...

Wonderful flooring product

Andover Oak vinyl flooring by SMARTCORE

Another great flooring product from SMARTCORE named Andover Oak. This flooring has backing material already installed, very easy to cut and install. My wife really likes the color contrast of the baseboard molding and the nice light oak color of flooring material.

"Stylish, Durable, and Easy to Install"

I recently installed the SMARTCORE By COREtec Floors Caldwell Oak Brown luxury vinyl plank flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The wood-look finish is absolutely stunning — it has a rich, warm tone that adds a touch of elegance to every room. The texture and grain pattern look incredibly realistic, giving you that classic hardwood appearance without the maintenance. Installation was a breeze thanks to the interlocking system, but it also offers the flexibility of glue-down if ...

Flooring

Will Purchase More Nice Floor. Received as part of promotion. My review is my honest review and not paid for. Really like this flooring. Thick, nice grain and color. Backing is perfect. My plan is to buy more and do my whole house.

Amazing flooring

Amazing flooring that easily interlocks together. Features a vapor barrier already installed on each flooring section. You will need tools 🧰 to cut flooring when installing. Depending on where you are installing the flooring.

Impressive flooring

I am impressed with the SmartCore flooring that I recently installed in my home. The rich, warm tones of the brown color perfectly complement my interior decor of my kitchen. The 22-mil thickness gives the flooring a sturdy feel, and I appreciate the confidence that comes with knowing it's built to withstand heavy foot traffic. The installation process was surprisingly straightforward, and the flooring's locking system made it easy to put together.

Great flooring and easy install.

I really like this flooring. I’ve laid other flooring and this seems better than most. The ease of the tongue and groove, the backing, the feel. It’s all better. It went together seemlessly when others need to be hit quite hard to get to “click”. It held in place really well when you don’t have a full row yet instead of al of them moving in one direction. The backing being an attached rubbery backing instead of foam that comes off real easily is much nicer. I never had any issues cutting it eith...

Finally a 20+ Mil Wear Layer at Lowe’s!

After my basement flooded we had an area in need of a quality LVP. We tried another in the past and were not pleased with it. Maybe it was Covid Era or just the fact that it was narrow and never laid nice. This floor is slightly wider (7” versus 5.5”). This floor has a nice, subtle wood grain tone unlike others from the past that was aggressive with knots and variation. This flooring has a 22 mil wear layer which is a huge step up in the retail store LVP from past experience. The floor requires...

Beautiful Vinyl Plank Flooring in Andover Oak.

Beautiful Vinyl Plank Flooring. Love the fact that there are no seams between the planks. Easy to install. The coloring is light, but looks beautiful.
