Ratings & Reviews for SMARTCORE By COREtec Floors Andover Oak 22-mil x 7-in W x 48-in L Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring ( 18.8-sq ft Per Carton )

Water Proof flooring

Smartcore in Caldwell Oak is waterproof and easy to install. It looks really nice in my space. Feels good under my feet, cleanups easy, and not easily scratched. Pushed desk over not a scartch, also stood up my my 44lb puppy running across it. The underlayment is thick plus attached to the back of each piece. Circular saw friendly.

Seems like a good product!

This flooring seems like quality stuff! It's waterproof which I like since it will be going into my bathroom. The thing I really like is that when it was shipped it was cardboard extensions on the box to protect the edges of the flooring.

Excellent!

Very satisfied with the flooring. I wasn't sure about the quality at first, but can say it Is outstanding and looks like real wood. I like the tight sees when locked together. Installation was easy -- follow/read instructions guys! I have found that it is difficult to find natural looking flooring that is good quality without paying top dollar and going to a specialty store. Looks great and I am very happy with my experience.

Very quality, beautiful floor. The perfect choice

I used this smart core water proof flooring in an efficiency apartment above our garage. The structure of the existing floor was not perfectly flat nor square. This flooring has enough figure and realistic detail that it hid the wavy imperfections of the structure beautifully

Great looking laminate flooring. Top quality

The flooring arrived well protected and quality looked great. I'm really impressed with the integrated treatment on the bottom which provides cushion and grip to the underlayment. I plan on installing this in an upcoming bathroom project but I'm waiting on some other materials to arrive. I love this finish and highly recommend. Id definitely order this again

Best Flooring Decision I’ve Made!

I recently installed LVT flooring in my kitchen and couldn't be happier with the results. It combines the best of both worlds—durability and style. The wood-look finish gives a warm, high-end appearance, while the waterproof feature makes it perfect for kitchen spills and messes. Installation was straightforward and easy to clean—just a quick sweep and occasional damp mop. It still looks brand new even with heavy foot traffic and kids running in and out. It’s also softer and warmer underfoot com...

Smart and easy flooring

I ordered this flooring to replace some old worn out laminate manufactured hard wood. This product was perfect. It was easy to install with minimal effort. It had nice color contrast and is very affordable. What I liked most about it was the tight seam each layer has when joined together. The padding on the back is a nice touch giving you a soft cushion and sound dampening when walking on it. Overall I am very impressed with the quality and ease of installation.

FLOORING AS A DESKTOP-WORKS PRETTY GOOD.

THIS PRODUCT DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED IT TO DO.IT IS MUCH BETTER LOOKING THAN I EXPECTED . IT WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL AND IT IMPROVED THE AREA 100 PERCENT. WHEN I GET MY GRANDKIDS OVER I'M GOING TO DO MY SHED AND EXPECT THE SAME SATISFACTION.

Good Quality & Durable

Durable, good quality, sturdy. It is very easy to install. The thickness, quality and durability is amazing. Also love the color. I definitely recommend this product.

Quality floor - Easy Install

Very impressed with this flooring! Quality material and easy install! Due to the quality being so high the floor is a bit thicker so make sure you have the proper cutting tools. The floor pictured online was spot on once it arrived - super happy with our choice!

Super easy!

Wow! These floor planks are beautiful. The color is perfect for my home. They are heavy and thick quality material and so easy to install and clean. I love how easy they are to cut to size, no special tools or skill to learn.

A beautiful floor Smartcore by cortec

We have been waiting to replace the old carpet in our living room. If I could give it 20 stars l would. We love the woodgrain, color and texture of the floor. The installation was fairly easy you will have to purchase an installation kit.The hardest part of this project was taking the carpet up. There was some pet stains so we painted the wood with kilz to stop any odors. After we started with the flooring it took about 5 and 1/2 hours to finish. We are 100% satisfied with the way the floor look...

Beautiful and quiet product.

This product is beautiful from top to bottom. The underlayment being pre-applied to the bottom is fairly common but this product feels a bit different then others I've seen. It appears to be slightly thicker while that could simply be an illusion. The surface of the flooring looks natural and not manufactured with the indentations from real woodgrain being present. The color variations make for an exceptional natural look as well. The click locking of this product works significantly better than...

Best Quality

Best Product I ever used. This product is of the best quality. The interlock of these flooring is of a durable material that does not break like other brands. I would highly recommend these floors.

LVP

I like his floor design, I like the pattern and it is easy to install. It is kind of flimsy and the snapping ends breaks kind of easy. But pretty descent for the price.

This floor is nice

This flooring is nice. we wanted a different floor in our laundry room so this is the project i tackled. Took everything out of the room and cleaned real good. Measuring and cutting are not my strong suit but I feel i did ok. Cut to size and snap em together. Not too bad after you figure out what your doing. Looks super good once i was done.

Caldwell Oak Brown Wood

100% water proof is the type of flooring I needed to cover the concrete in my man cave bathroom/storage/mechanical room and because I was working on concrete I also placed a vapor barrier and cushion combination underlayment. I was able to easily install the approximate 100 sq. ft. in about 2 hours. There were easy to follow instructions included in every box with the tongue and grooves going together simply and securely. I have a vinyl floor cutter that helped me tremendously and I recommend th...

Gorgeous LVP Flooring!!!

I can’t wait to install this gorgeous LVP flooring in my bathroom and laundry room! All six packages were delivered safely and securely wrapped so all boards are in tact. The color is consistent through all packages and the boards are sturdy!!!

Pet Approved

This is so much better than glue down vinyl planks. Easy install, although I still don't have the hang of putting the short side together easily. It has the sound dampener pad already attached. It has a slight texture which keeps my dogs from sliding. Easy cleaning and best of all no worries about spills or leaks causing it to swell. If you have a leak you pull it up dry the flooring underneath and put it back when dry. The subfloor is ruined under some of my glue down and it wasn't saveable ...

Great Quality and durable for the price

This floor is great quality and durable for the price. The color looks great with my dark kitchen cabinets and it also looks good with the stainless steel appliances. It locks together like a puzzle. It is fairly easy to install(I had a small kitchen) alone and for beginners. I love the fact that it's waterproof and can work in any area of the home. I would highly recommend this product. There are multiple color choices, I just liked the neutral for my home.
