What Customers Are Saying
The SMARTCORE Ultra Luxury Vinyl flooring product has received mixed reviews. Many customers are satisfied with its beautiful appearance, easy installation, and durability, praising its marble-like look, waterproof and scratch-resistant qualities, and comfortable feel. However, some customers have experienced issues with the installation process, finding the interlocking mechanism challenging and the tiles difficult to align properly, leading to gaps and uneven surfaces. There have also been reports of quality control problems, with damaged or mismatched tiles in some boxes. Overall, the product seems to be a good option for those who value its aesthetic and practical features, but customers should be prepared for potential installation challenges.

Would RecommendThis is a beautiful floor. Easy to install, but one big problem. Not every tile is cut finished square. It took me into my third row of installation to realize that the grout lines not completely closing were not my problem. 20 percent of the tiles are randomly not square. We learned to check each one for square before installing each tile. Then things went fine. They vary between 1/4" to 1/16" in 12"out of square when they are defective. Unfortunately, I have several slightly out of ...

Our second time purchasing!
Would RecommendThis rigid vinyl tile was installed indoors, directly over concrete without underlayment. The rubber-padded base provides a very comfortable and solid feel. The design is easy to scatter for a random appearance.

No return on individual damaged laminate flooring.
Would Not RecommendThree of the tile in the box were damaged beyond use. I had already installed five before I got to the ones with bent corners. Your return policy the manager informed me is for whole boxes only. I would have had to remove five already cut etc to return whole box. The only solution is to open every box and check tiles in store. I did not pick out boxes but your associate did and put them on our cart. This definitely will effect where we shop in the future.

Wife loves it
Would RecommendFound it easy enough to put down, I put this in our kitchen. We had an Icemaker leak while we were Thanksgiving, and water got under floor. Insurance came out and they are replacing it. My wife wants the same floor back but put all the way into the dining room. Not sure how the water got under it if it didn't go through it had to have gone around. I may need to see if there is a way to seal the parameter.
