I can do this

put in this electrical outlet on the new deck for the boss(wife) - haven't done an electrical install in a while. Only issue with this was there wasn't any instructions - had to think how to set the box. I would buy it again - in fact I plan to:-)

This kit made it very easy to wire up a new box outside. The box is nice and sturdy and looks great. It's a nice finish and seems plenty weatherproof

Its OK

The product is ok, I purchased an like product before, All is excellent except the door on the box are spring loaded and no way to lock open to install the cover that the door are on, out side of that great product.

Outdoor Electrical Box

Bought it for the outer cover and receptacle. Is sturdy and seems durable. Easy to install.

Spring clips on outlet covers are difficult to use

I expected the spring clips on each of the two covers to lock open when they swung to ninety degrees from the front plate. Not having them lock open, it was very difficult to install the front plate on the box. The difficulty is with one hand placing the plate in place, holding the small screw in the center while trying to keep two strongly sprung lids open and using the screw driver in the other hand to turn the screw in place.
