They work fine for lightweight stuff, but you really don't need moving straps for light weights. When putting them to use on a 330lb GE Profile All-in-one Washer/Dryer unit, the strap continuously slid free from the harness, making the job way more dangerous than it should've been. Ended up just lifting the washer onto a hand truck, these did not help in any way.

Effortless lifting
Would RecommendI loved everything about it. This product allowed an old man with a bad back pickup a hide-a-bed couch and a very large dresser with very little effort. So easy to use. It makes you lift with your legs and the only thing your arms do is balance what your picking up. My son and I carried a large hide-a-bed sofa very easily. Washer and dryer also.
