Would Recommendjust make sure you have some strength to start, and this turns you into wonder woman and superman. for those without strength to start, well, it does help. was able to move a 350 stacked w/d unit with my partner, neither of us do weight lifting, beyond farm work.

I bought this to move a dryer out to the curb and have used it several times since. it's especially good if you have more lower than upper body strength, when moving over uneven ground or in tight spaces, and when the 2 people are very different heights.
