Would Not RecommendThe harness is horrible if you are a woman. The straps cross right over the chest and crush your breasts in a very painful way. If you try to push them to the sides, the weight tension forces them to snap back to the center. Also, having just one strap in the middle makes the load very unstable and forces you to hunch over. This is definitely not made for a woman's anatomy.
I bought these to help my daughter move. So simple to use. Love them!

I wasn’t aware of “shoulder dollies” fifty years ago when I worked on J C Penny’s delivery truck. We used appliance dollies, ramps, hydraulic tailgates, levers and fulcrums, rollers, any kind of mechanical advantage we could come up with to move appliances, furniture, even pool tables from our warehouse to customers’ homes.
