Great stove, but big burner.

So far a great oven and stove. One drawback is the large burner, its huge! Normal 12" pans do not fit. Having to buy a large saute pan.

Really nice looking!

This is a great looking range. Works well. I really don’t like the larger burners in the front. If you have a large pot, you have to reach over it to stir the smaller pot that you could barely see. That’s why I gave it four stars instead of five but this is a lovely looking range that works great!

After six days, It cracked when cooking on left burner for the first time and Lowe’s did nothing to resolve the problem because we didn’t use their credit card for purchase. Although we did buy the extended warranty which did nothing. Then went to Sharp for resolution and they said it was a physical defect and not covered under the one year warranty. A physical defect? Worst customer service experience

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service I experienced during a recent purchase. The product was delivered on Friday evening, and due to other commitments, we opened the box on Sunday. Unfortunately, the product was supposed to be 30 inches wide as per the website description, but it actually measured 31 inches with the glass top, making it too large for the designated space in my home. When I discovered the size discrepancy, it was already after hours, so I had to wait until Monday ...

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES - BAD SERVICE!

LOWES used third party delivery company to deliver the range, and they damaged our refrigerator while removing the old range. LOWES did not help us solving the unfairness from the delivery company and the claim department. LOWES just left us to chase after the delivery company who did not response and the claim department who was unfair. In the end we got stuck with the damaged refrigerator. Tricky installation, good stove

We didn't realize that there is about a half inch of glass that hangs over on the left and right side, which is intended to rest on your countertop. This was difficult for us since our countertops are apparently not exactly level. We had to raise the feet to the absolute maximum height and could honestly have used a bit more height. Beware of burner sizes and the low volumn alarm

Pros: It is a sleek design and looks attractive. I have not had it long so have not used all the oven features yet but it did a great job on Pizza bake. Cons: I do not like the front 12 inch burner. Poor design. It should have been a 2 size burner to be usable on a regular basis or at least made it a back burner. Also the timer alarm is not very loud. You will have to be close to the stove in order to hear it going off.

I purchased the stove because it was the only slide in that has overlapping glass, which gives it a very nice finished look vice having a gap between the counter and the appliance. Horrible customer service!

So far the oven is fine but it was not delivered with a meat probe nor a manual. I called Sharp and was told I needed to get it from Lowes. Lowes does not carry manuals nor probes for this oven. I called Sharp back and got the same run around. After 8 calls, being hung up on twice, and 2 chat sessions disconnected I finally got someone who would send out a probe (no manual). I was told I could download the manual but I wanted the original so I didn't have to print a bunch of stuff out! Any...

Defective

The cook top worked but there was no power to the display, not even the clock. Returned it and bought another one - had the same problem with it. Clearly there is a defect and this model should be taken off the shelves.
