Would Not RecommendControl panel failed within 2 years. On the 3rd month without it being fixed even though I paid for the extended warranty. Their service is atrocious, don't recommend any Sharp products.

Would RecommendConvenient for under cabinet use. The clean simple styling allows it to blend in aesthetically with the other high-end appliances (you can’t tell that it’s not the same brand). I like that the buttons are hidden so that the kids are not inclined to press all the buttons! So glad we finally threw out our P.O.S. GE Cafe Microwave. GE should take notes from this microwave on quality and functionality.

Would RecommendI purchased this microwave for a whole house renovation five years ago and I was a little scared of it because of all of the negative reviews. Just to be safe I also purchased an extended warranty policy from a third party company to cover all of the appliances for an additional five years. Happily there has not been one problem with this microwave. It works perfectly, is easy to clean and I love the look.
